Western Avenue Road Improvements for Perivale!

Transport for London have just finished their design of the A40/Teignmouth/Welland Gardens (Medway) junction and are currently preparing an information leaflet and simplified drawings to explain the scheme to Medway Estate and Perivale residents, which will be on Ealing-news.net as soon as it is available. Hugh Richards, a representative of Transport for London, will be meeting members of the Medway Parade Residents and Traders Association (MPRTA) on 27 November to explain the proposed scheme to members of this association in detail. Following this, Mr Richards will attend the next Perivale Area Committee on 6 December to explain the scheme to residents. Exact details will be displayed here as soon as they are available. Should residents and the Council agree to the scheme, it is hoped that Transport for London would be able to implement it in the latter half of 2001.
